1. General Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern all interactions, communications, and transactions between Blood Hound Home and the buyer . By using our website or purchasing a puppy, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
2. Puppy Availability & Reservation
All puppies are offered on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a puppy.
A puppy is considered reserved only after the deposit has been received and confirmed.
Blood Hound Home reserves the right to refuse a sale if we believe the home is not suitable for the puppy.
3. Pricing & Payments
We are not responsible for additional costs such as transportation, shipping, or third-party service fees unless explicitly stated.
4. Health & Veterinary Care
All puppies are vet-checked, dewormed, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations at the time of sale.
Buyers are advised to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
After the puppy leaves our care, Blood Hound Home is not responsible for illnesses caused by stress, environmental changes, or improper care.
5. Health Guarantee
Blood Hound Home guarantees that each puppy is in good health at the time of sale.
This guarantee does not cover conditions caused by neglect, accidents, poor nutrition, or failure to provide proper veterinary care.
Any health concerns must be reported within the time frame stated in the puppy’s health agreement (if provided).
6. Buyer Responsibilities
By purchasing a puppy, you agree to:
Provide proper food, shelter, exercise, training, and veterinary care.
Understand that a Bloodhound is a large, active breed requiring time, patience, and commitment.
Never abandon, neglect, or mistreat the puppy.
7. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns due to changes in personal circumstances.
Refunds or replacements, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of Blood Hound Home and only under conditions stated in writing.
8. Transportation & Pickup
Puppies may be picked up in person or delivered via approved transportation methods.
Once the puppy is released to the buyer or transporter, Blood Hound Home is not responsible for delays, stress, or incidents occurring during transit.
9. Website Content & Use
All content on this website, including text and images, is the property of Blood Hound Home.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of content is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Blood Hound Home shall not be held liable for:
Injuries, illnesses, or damages arising after the puppy has been transferred to the buyer.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or ownership of the puppy.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
